Mr President, I wanted to refer to the resolution on freedom of speech. I was unable to support the resolution because those who initially offended the feelings of others acted in an arrogant fashion. When they were threatened with a boycott of their goods, they began to apologise and thus behaved in a cowardly manner. The text does not denounce either the arrogance or the cowardice and that is precisely the reason why I was not able to support the resolution.
(Applause)
