Mr President, if I may return – and briefly – to what Mr Pflüger had to say about Sri Lanka, the fact is that he has got it absolutely right. We are dealing here with a dangerous precedent, namely that resolutions can be tabled, and then subsequently withdrawn by the negotiating parties. We have accepted it on this occasion, but I would like to say – and on behalf of my group – that we will not accept it a second time and that this must not be allowed to become a precedent.
