Mr President, I only have two points. The first is: is there anything in the wording of paragraphs 9 and 26 that in any way gives comfort to the Berlin savings banks and the German savings banks system that they will be in any way stultified for the future? I ask that question of Mr McCreevy.
The second is whether we really think that yet another committee of wise men – asked for in the last paragraph – is necessary to look at this.
